Using FMEA Forms

In addition to the FMEA Worksheet view, Relyence FMEA provides a FMEA Form view that allows you to view and edit your FMEA data in a form-based view. You can edit FMEA data in this view. In some cases, you may prefer this view, especially if you are delving deep into the analysis of a particular failure mode. To access the FMEA Form view, click the To Form button in the toolbar. To return to the Worksheet view, click to To Table button.

In FMEA Form view, use the navigation control enables you to sequence through your FMEA data.
