PFMEA Worksheet

PFMEA Worksheet

In the PFMEA Worksheet, process steps, failure modes, effects, causes and actions can be recorded for each item in the Analysis Tree.

Note that if you have defined Process Steps in the Process Flow Table and/or Process Flow Diagram, those Process Steps will already be available on the PFMEA Worksheet. Process Steps are one of the data elements shared across the Process Flow Table/Diagram, PFMEA Worksheet, and Control Plan - for more details, see the Data Shared across PFMEA Elements topic.

Note: It is from the Insert button that you can add Functions, Failure Modes, Effects, Causes, Actions, as well as FRACAS Failure Data and P-Diagram Data.

You can find details regarding how to enter data on the DFMEA Worksheet in the Entering FMEA Data topic; the same details apply for entering data on the PFMEA Worksheet.

As with all FMEA Worksheets, the layout can be customized to meet your needs; it can be used as-is, customized as needed, or you can create you own completely custom PFMEA Worksheet. See Customizing the FMEA Worksheets for details on creating and customizing FMEA Worksheets in Relyence FMEA.
